Hướng dẫn Xóa Dữ liệu

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của mình khỏi hệ thống Actiwell bất kỳ lúc nào. Trang này hướng dẫn cách thực hiện.

1. Dữ liệu Actiwell đang lưu giữ

·What Data We Hold

Khi bạn sử dụng nền tảng Actiwell hoặc kết nối tài khoản Facebook Business, chúng tôi có thể lưu giữ các loại dữ liệu sau:

When you use the Actiwell platform or connect your Facebook Business account, we may hold the following types of data:

  • Thông tin cá nhân: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, thông tin studio./ Personal information: full name, email, phone number, studio information.
  • Thông tin định danh tài khoản Facebook Business./ Facebook Business account identifiers.
  • Dữ liệu Trang Facebook và bài đăng được kết nối./ Connected Facebook Page data and posts.
  • Dữ liệu hiệu suất quảng cáo và chiến dịch (Meta Ads Manager, Marketing API, Audience Network)./ Ad performance and campaign data (Meta Ads Manager, Marketing API, Audience Network).
  • Lịch sử hội thoại Messenger giữa doanh nghiệp và khách hàng./ Messenger conversation history between your business and customers.
  • Thông tin tài khoản Instagram Business và nội dung liên quan./ Instagram Business account information and related content.
  • Nội dung Threads được kết nối./ Connected Threads content.
  • Dữ liệu CRM, hội viên, booking và thanh toán trong hệ thống Actiwell./ CRM, membership, booking, and payment data within the Actiwell system.
  • Hồ sơ đăng ký demo từ landing page./ Demo registration submissions from the landing page.

2. Cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu

·How to Request Deletion

Thực hiện theo 3 bước dưới đây để yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu của bạn:

Follow these 3 steps to request deletion of all your data:

Gửi email đến info@actiwell.co với tiêu đề: [DATA DELETION REQUEST]

Send an email to info@actiwell.co with the subject line: [DATA DELETION REQUEST]

Trong nội dung email, cung cấp: họ tên đầy đủ, địa chỉ email đã đăng ký, số điện thoại đã đăng ký, và dòng chữ "Tôi yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân của tôi / I request deletion of all my personal data".

In the email body, include: your full name, registered email address, registered phone number, and the statement "I request deletion of all my personal data".

Đội ngũ Actiwell sẽ xác nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc và hoàn thành việc xóa dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày.

The Actiwell team will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the data deletion within 30 days.

3. Phạm vi xóa dữ liệu

·Scope of Deletion

Sau khi xác nhận danh tính, Actiwell sẽ xóa:

Toàn bộ thông tin cá nhân trong hệ thống CRM của chúng tôi.

All personal information in our CRM system.

Dữ liệu được thu thập qua Facebook/Meta: thông tin tài khoản Business, dữ liệu Trang, lịch sử Messenger, dữ liệu Instagram, nội dung Threads.

Data collected via Facebook/Meta: Business account info, Page data, Messenger history, Instagram data, Threads content.

Hồ sơ hội viên, lịch sử booking và thanh toán.

Membership profile, booking and payment history.

Hồ sơ đăng ký demo và lịch sử trao đổi.

Demo registration records and communication history.

Dữ liệu phân tích và báo cáo có thể định danh cá nhân.

Analytics and reporting data that can be personally identified.

4. Ngoại lệ — Dữ liệu phải giữ lại theo pháp luật

·Exceptions — Legally Required Retention

Một số dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại sau yêu cầu xóa nếu pháp luật Việt Nam yêu cầu, bao gồm: hồ sơ giao dịch tài chính (theo Luật Kế toán), chứng từ hợp đồng điện tử (theo Luật Giao dịch Điện tử), dữ liệu liên quan đến điều tra pháp lý đang tiến hành.

Some data may be retained after a deletion request if required by Vietnamese law, including: financial transaction records (Accounting Law), e-contract documents (E-Transaction Law), and data related to ongoing legal investigations.

Cơ sở pháp lý: Luật An toàn thông tin mạng 2015, Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, Luật Kế toán 2015.

Legal basis: Law on Network Information Security 2015, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, Accounting Law 2015.

5. Cách thay thế: Xóa qua Facebook Settings

·Alternative: Remove Access via Facebook Settings

Nếu bạn muốn thu hồi quyền truy cập của ứng dụng Actiwell vào tài khoản Facebook của mình (không xóa dữ liệu đã thu thập), bạn có thể thực hiện trực tiếp trên Facebook:

If you want to revoke Actiwell's access to your Facebook account (without deleting already-collected data), you can do so directly on Facebook:

Steps on Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Select Apps and Websites from the left menu
  3. Find Actiwell in the list of connected apps
  4. Click Remove to revoke access

Note: This removes app access but does not delete data already stored in Actiwell systems. To delete stored data, follow the email process in Section 2 above.

Lưu ý: Thao tác này chỉ thu hồi quyền truy cập của ứng dụng, không xóa dữ liệu đã được lưu trong hệ thống Actiwell. Để xóa dữ liệu đã lưu, vui lòng thực hiện theo quy trình email ở Mục 2.
